Florida Cocaine Laws

Cocaine is a stimulant drug that can be ingested by snorting, injecting, or smoking. The powder form of the drug is typically either snorted or dissolved in water and injected, but it can also be processed into a rock crystal, heated up, and smoked. Cocaine is an illegal drug, and it is a criminal offense if you are caught using, distributing, or selling it.

Along with the federal laws against cocaine, the state of Florida also has laws in place to stop the use and trafficking of this substance. If you or a loved one has been accused of drug possession, you need to speak with a criminal defense attorney. Contact the West Palm Beach criminal defense attorneys of Eric N. Klein & Associates, P.A., at 561-353-2800 and take charge of your future.
