Thomas E. Choberka
Executive Director

Thomas Choberka is the Executive Director for Eric N. Klein and Associates, P.A. Thomas directs the daily operations of the firm and leads its efforts in Business Development, Marketing, Human Resources and Client Services. He provides key leadership in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for the Firm. Tom identifies new opportunities for growth, strengthens existing practice areas and supports development of talent within the Firm.

In addition to his role as Executive Director, Thomas also directs the Firm’s real estate division. Prior to joining Eric N. Klein & Associates, Tom managed a real estate division within a Firm which focused primarily on real estate loss mitigation. His real estate experience includes short sales, loan modification, debt settlement and deed in lieu of foreclosure. Thomas has been instrumental in assisting hundreds of clients with their real estate related issues.

Thomas has lived in Florida for 8 years and currently resides in Palm Beach Gardens with his wife and two beautiful children. When he is not in the office, Tom can usually be found at the beach with his family enjoying all that Florida has to offer.
