Sabarish Neelakanta

Attorney Neelakanta is an experienced trial attorney who has represented clients in a wide range of criminal defense cases, including misdemeanor, felony, juvenile delinquency, and post-conviction/appellate cases. He has served as an Assistant Public Defender in Palm Beach County for three years and was lead trial counsel in a number of complex first degree and life felony cases. Additionally, Attorney Neelakanta has argued criminal appeals before the Florida Supreme Court and the Fourth District Court of Appeals.
During law school, Attorney Neelakanta was the Editor-in-Chief of the ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. He was a national semi-finalist and best oral advocate/best brief recipient at the Thomas Tang International Moot Court Competition, and was named best oral advocate at the Robert Orseck Memorial Moot Court Competition held by the Florida Bar.
