A man has been charged with DUI manslaughter after crashing into into a van in West Palm Beach Saturday, killing an infant and sending two adults and two children to the hospital.
Police say the 30-year-old driver rear-ended the van then hit another car. The impact forced the back of the van up into the middle row of seats.
In addition to DUI manslaughter, the driver has also been charged with two counts of DUI with serious injuries, one count of hit-and-run in a fatal crash and one count of failing to render aid.
