A Florida man has recently been placed under arrested for allegedly assaulting a flight attendant. The man was on a flight from Houston to Jacksonville when according to reports the man charged towards the cabin and assaulted a flight attendant. Several passengers on the flight were able to subdue the man, including an FBI agent who was on the flight as well.

Following September 11th such actions are taken very seriously and are considered federal offenses.

The case is considered very serious and the man could face prison for this incident.
